Tortona is a Northern Illypnian sovereign state. It borders Monsora to the south and east, and the Mesogean Sea to the north and west. The country covers just over 316 km² (122 sq mi), with a population of just under 2.8 million, making it one of Adonia's most densely populated countries. The capital of the Republic of Tortona is Tortona, which at 2.02 km², is the smallest national capital in the Mesogean Cooperation Organization by area.
