Bus transport in Skopelos is provided by Skopelos Transport, with a large network of routes connecting the entire metro area. The fleet consists of 340 electric ultra-low-floor trolleybuses and 120 diesel buses. There is an exchange located opposite the Municipal Chambers building in central Skopelos, where passengers can change routes in order to connect to other parts of the city.

The metro network in Skopelos is provided by Skopelos Transport, serving the central city and the inner ring suburban municipalities, as well as Skopelos International Airport. The metro has 7 lines, which fan out from the central station in a radial pattern.
