Early SSD career
SSD Chief (2019–present)
On October 26, 2018, President Giorgi Latso announced he would nominate Amirejibi to be SSD Chief, replacing Antoniu Rikovilo — who retired on 31 December 2018. Titsian Gurdji, who supervised Amirejibi in the SSD, found her to be "smart, tough and effective. Foreign liaison services who have worked with her uniformly walked away impressed."
